The Progressed Moon is one of the easiest and most reliable applications of astrology for purposes of predictions and effortlessly aligning actions with your current life cycle.

Astrological progression involves a method of progressing the natal chart forward from the moment of birth or beginning of the subject into the future. In this workshop, you will learn about the Progressed Moon, which involves moving the natal chart forward one day for each month of a person or subject's life. For your Progressed Moon, one lunar month after birth equals one year of life.

​

Since the Moon is the fastest moving luminary, changing signs every 2.5 days, the Progressed Moon is the fastest moving progressed planet. Moving an approximate rate of 1 degree per month and 12 degrees per year, it passes through a zodiac sign approximately every 2.5 years.

In a natal chart, our Moon represents our emotional world, unconscious motivations and instinctual awareness. Our Progressed Moon represents the cycle of our emotional evolution. These 2.5 year periods show us the energies we are drawn to during these times, and the location points to how we will embody emotional fulfillment.

Because zodiac signs move from masculine to feminine to masculine, and so forth, every 2.5 years our energies tend to shift from outward to inward to outward again. The progressed moon by sign and house is akin to the background music of our lives and the hue of the 'glasses' through which we view the world. While aspects made to planets and important lines in natal chart by the Progressed Moon serve as catalysts in which affairs and psychological features associated with the planet or line will be emphasised and activated. The Progressed Moon often acts as a "trigger" that activates patterns already set by other natal and progressed planets.

I am always amazed with how perfectly my Progressed Moon aligned with past events in my life. For example, when my PM was in Aquarius, I was helping to run a mayor campaign that's platform was helping those experiencing homelessness. When in Pisces and my 7th house, I dealt with a painful breakup. When in Aries, I went on reality TV. When the PM was in Taurus and crossed my North Node, I connected deeply with my spiritual gifts and purpose. And now with my PM in Gemini, which is also my 10th house, I'm expanding my business and career.

In this 1.5 hour workshop, which will be conducted via zoom, you'll learn how to find, track and apply the guidance of your current progressed moon cycle.
