Capricorn Full Moon encourages growth, Venus and Saturn strengthen relationships, and then Venus slips into the heartfelt sign of Cancer.
On Monday and Tuesday the sun finishes its transit through Gate 53, Starting Things, which can carry a tremendous energy to start something new, however that energy often quickly fades so it’s wise to wait for clarity. Visit here to view the Instagram post I made on Gate 53.
Then on Wednesday the sun shifts into Gate 62, Preponderance of the Small, which reminds us the importance of details when producing success. This energy amplifies our ability to communicate complex contexts straightforwardly, and to help others understand complex issues thoroughly. Remain mindful of this Gate’s shadow, which is to obsess over and get lost in unimportant details.
On Wednesday, when the moon shifts into Gate 61, Mystery, we have the Capricorn Full Moon. With the sun in Cancer, our ego is filtered through the lens of emotions and a connection to the places that feel like home and the people who feel like family. And with the moon in Capricorn, our emotions are grounded in themes of responsibility. Therefor, Capricorn Full Moons tend to always encompass themes of ‘growing up.’ This particular Full Moon, which occurs at the same point as the January 12, 2020 Saturn-Pluto conjunction, will powerfully aspect the lunar nodes helping us connect with our big picture vision. If you feel like your goals have strayed off course, this Full Moon can serve as a catalyst that jump starts your motivation.

Then on Sunday, Venus enters the heartfelt sign of Cancer where she’ll stay until August 11. Venus in Cancer signals a period of heightened romance, sensitivity and empathy.
