Energetic Overview
We continue to all have emotional definition this weeks, amplifying the ability (and pressure) to manifest experiences. Remain mindful of expectations placed on achieving a specific outcome. Mercury enters its pre-retrograde shadow, while the sun-Neptune square carries a hazy energy that amplifies both creativity and susceptibility to deception. Sun in Gate 26, The Egoist, reminds us to stay in integrity and trust of the universe as we 'sell' brighter futures to the tribe. Friday's first-quarter moon in Virgo motivates us to create systems for grounding our big ideas into reality.

The sun in Sagittarius forms a square to Neptune in Pisces, amplifying the energy of imagination but also makes us more susceptible to deception. Although the aspect exacs on Wednesday, its energy will likely cloud the entire week - so just keep your wits about you. Mercury enters its retrograde shadow on Monday morning, meaning that although Mercury doesn't begin its retrograde until December 29th, the planet of communication will retrace all degrees from now until it exits its retrograde shadow on February 7th.
The week begins with the sun in Human Design Gate 26, The Egoist. This Gate carries the energy for supporting the tribe through the manipulation of memory, or selective remembering of the past, in order to persuade others of fears. Through trusting the abundance in life, this energy is empowered to sell a brighter future to the tribe. The shadow of this energy comes when one isn't trusting the abundance of life,and tries to manipulate others for their control, or viewing the world through a lens of everyone being out for themselves. This energy reminds us that maintaining the integrity of our persuasive powers and keeping the promises we make strengthen our ego and our physical heart's health. Those with this Gate defined in their Body Graph are 'natural salespeople' - however, in my experience with clients who have Gate 26 defined, many view themselves as 'bad' at sales, but through contemplation we realized it's actually they're just afraid of sales because they see how easily it could be to manipulate people. And my advice is simply the reminder that this energy simply requests your integrity.
On Wednesday, the sun shifts into Gate 11, Peace, where possibilities are conceptualized into ideas.
On Friday, the first-quarter moon in Virgo brings conflict between our conscious awareness and unconscious instincts, providing a beneficial spark for brining intentions set with the Sagittarius New Moon to fruition.
