This week’s energy is amplifying our personal empowerment and activating a new cycle with the Friday’s Aries New Moon.
The week begins with a powerful shift to our intellect and cognitive abilities as Mercury, the planet of communication, enters the sign of Aries. With Mercury in Aries, mental energy speeds up and thoughts are expressed in a more dynamic matter. This transit, which conjoins Friday’s New Moon, is an invitation to mix things up, take creative risks and play around with bold self expression. Remember, Aries is the blast of consciousness when spirit enters body and says “I AM!”
So, who the hell are you? That’s a question only you can answer - and I hope you do so, boldly, this week.
Amidst all the quick-paced, go-getter energies, we may experience a sombering vibe or reality-check in the early week as Venus, the planet of finances and love, conjoins Saturn. If so, allow the contrast to provide clarity on your true desires, and look for the lesson or wisdom. In some shape or form, it’s helping you gain clarity and mastery in a situation.
The sun finishes its transit through Gate 17, Opinions, which highlights the ancient law that those who wish to rule must know how to serve, and brings an energy designed to structure answers and find workable patterns and solutions. On Wednesday, the sun shifts into Gate 21, Gate of the Hunter/Huntress, which emphasises the energy to control and manage resources, such as money, information, and goods in order to distribute it fairly and sustainably.
